Biography:
Mr. Mark Williams was admitted to the Tennessee and Georgia bars in 1996. He focuses on practicing real estate, business law, corporate law, litigation, probate, trusts and estates. He is a published author with an article appearing in the Mercer Law Review in 1996 entitled, " New York State Conference of Blue Cross & Blue Shield Plans v. Travelers Insurance Company : The United States Supreme Court Gives Commercial Insurers a Severe Case of The Blues," 47 Mercer Law Review 1181.
His real estate credentials include a Limited Insurance Representative License for the issuance of title insurance in Tennessee and are an issuing agent for Land America Lawyers Title. Very active in the Manchester community, Mr. Williams acted as President of the Manchester Community Chamber of Commerce in1996 and has continued on as Director from 1997 to the present.
